The customer service I received at Keffer Chrysler is one that I will never forget. I have purchased two cars from them. My sales person, Julius Tindell gave me great customer service both times. He knew the product from the inside out, he also new every car on the lot and the gas mileage of each one, which is very important doing these days and time. I appreciate everything that he and everyone else there has done for me when it came to picking out a car. I was able to purchase the car that I wanted with a payment that fit my budget. I was offer other incentives and explained how important they were to have, like gap, tire protection, the train, and a extra warranty. It was left up to me if I wanted to get these things or not and with my experience with my first car I decided with the second car to purchase everything that was offered. Thanks again to Julius and everyone else who gave me great customer service at Keffer Chrysler. I will be back.

This is the 2nd car that I have bought from Julius. When i contacted him in reference to purchasing a new vehicle, within an hour he called me back with my approval. I was very please with his promptness. Evryone at the dealership was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I will recommend Keffer jeep to anyone who is seeking to purchase a vehicle.

I only bought 1 car from Keffer Chrysler. My salesman was Julius Tindell.
Julius was very attentive, & did everything to to make my experience at the dealership enjoyable & as smooth as possible.
I was & stil am very pleased, & will definitely use & recommend this dealership again. Especially Julius Tindell. He is what a salesman is all about.
I only bought 1 car from Keffer Chrysler. My salesman was Julius Tindell.
Julius was very attentive, & did everything to to make my experience at the dealership enjoyable & as smooth as possible.

What can I say about Mr. Willie Hailey? Other than the fact that I would recommend him to any family member or good friend, he is a true professional. He worked with my personality and purchasing style and was never once pushy. His patience and responsiveness won me over and I am so very happy with my new Jeep. If you are in the market for anything on Willie's lot, give him a call. He will be straight up with you and you can't really ask for much more than that. Keffer is also a volume dealer so their prices are unbeatable. Trust me. I tried to beat it everywhere and no one else came close. I will be a Keffer customer for life.

There is a great team at Keffer. I have purchased two vehicles from them and a new one is in the works. Julius is fantastic to work with. He has a great style, very informative, low pressure and overall a pure joy to deal with. The dealership operates in a very straight forward manner.
I have also received great support from the rest of the sales team and managers.
They also have a nice new showroom & facility, with a strong selection of vehicles on the lot.

My sales person was friendly and knowledgable of the product. He was able to get me a great rate and awesome payment. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in the market to buy a new or pre-owned certified vehicle. We walked in with hopes of any car to help us make it through and walked out with a brand new vehicle (Dodge Journey). Julius exceeded our expectations by far with his superior customer service. He found us the vehicle we needed for the price we asked. We drove off with our brand new car but also a new friend. I would not only recommend the dealership but will always recommend Julius Tindell to anyone looking for a new or used car.
